PARTEK / PFA Fittings
Introduction
The Parflare Fittings are ideally suited for any ultra-pure
or corrosive chemical application. The fitting design yields
a leak tight connection with minimal dead volume and
can be used in side loading and vibrational applications.
The connection is achieved by a heated flaring process
utilizing an external heat source (HG Heat Gun) and PTFE
mandrel (MFT Manual Flaring Tool), or by using Partek’s
optional FG Series Electronic Flare Gun. Parflare PFA
fittings are supplied with PVDF nuts as standard. For PFA
nuts add -T suffix to model number. High temperature (HT)
nut/gripper assemblies for sizes 1/4” through 1” are sold
separatedly. Please consult factory for other available
configurations, materials, and custom assemblies.
PFA Tube Bond Fittings

Bonded Fittings Eliminate Leaks with High Integrity Connections.
Many customers have systems that do not require access to components and have low pressure requirements that don’t require PFA pipe. It can be advantageous to use PFA fusion bondable fittings in these cases.
These fittings can be directly welded to the PFA tubing creating a leak free tube union. Fittings are available in a variety of sizes and configurations. Fitting sizes are available from 1/4” to 1” and in elbow, tee or reducer configurations.
